Delivery Information

We take pride in the products sold and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals.

Once your order is received into our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to available delivery slots.

All orders are delivered during the following time slots from Monday to Friday: 10am – 1pm, 1pm – 4pm, 4pm – 6pm and 6pm – 8pm (excluding Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays).

Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description on our website.

We offer a number of delivery options to fit your needs.

Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you.

Standard 3 to 5 working days

  • SGD$50.00 (Purchases with any item under “Furniture”)

  • Enter code at Checkout “FREESHIPPING” to enjoy Free delivery with orders over SGD$500.00.

Express Next working day

  • SGD$20.00 (Purchases without any item under “Furniture”)

  • SGD$80.00 (Purchases with any item under “Furniture”)

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Self Pick Up is free. You will be contacted within the next working day to schedule the pick up during our working hours only. Please see information below for pick up :

If you would like to arrange for pick up during weekends or later timings during weekdays, please kindly arrange with us at least 1 day in advance.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I. 7-DAYS RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date you received it. All we need from you is to contact us at enquiry@decordinary.com so we can assist with the return however the policy is subject to the conditions below:

1. We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

2. We are unable to accommodate Returns for all items. Please note that the following items are not eligible:

- Products marked as "Final Sale", "Final Markdown" or any form of Clearance Sale

- Sample Sale

- Bundle offer Sale

- All leather furniture

The Return

Our team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only process the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Decordinary reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

The Refund

Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$). Please do note that no exchanges are allowed. Return purchases will be process separately from new orders placed.

II. CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF ORDER

If you change your mind and decide to cancel / change your order, please notify us within 24 hours from date of purchase and there will be no additional charges incurred.

Any cancellation / change of order after 24 hours from date of purchase will be subject to a cancellation fee of S$50 per item valued above S$500 and 5% per item valued below S$500. This means we will refund you the invoiced amount less cancellation fee. All refunds will take 14 days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. However, Decordinary reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

The Cancellation Policy is non-applicable to “SAMPLE SALE’ items and to the following after 24 hours from time of purchase; Leather products; all items marked as "Final Sale", "Final Markdown" “Bundle Offer” "Customised", or "Clearance".
